Top iPad Apps 2011Some may say that the Apple iPad franchise may be fading, but in fact it is only just starting its global domination. Just about every person who is qualified to legally possess these devices has already joined in to experience the craze, which makes it all the more popular these days. One of the most interesting and most evident aspects of the growing popularity of the iPad is the emergence of new apps that further define the appeal of the device. To further support that thought, there exists a list of the top iPad apps of 2011 that contains the collection of must-have apps that every iPad user must acquire.

With all the hype going on about the top iPad Apps of this year, many have considered to include the ABC Player – ABC Digital in that list. While some people may enjoy their ABC shows like Modern Family and Desperate Housewives under the comfort of their humble abode, they now have the choice of streaming these shows wherever they bring their iPad via 3G.

The next app may not target the general audience, but it is a very useful app nonetheless especially for those in the stock market. The CNBC Real-Time for iPad – NBC Universal, Inc. enables users to search for post-market and pre-market trading, real-time stock quotes, and charts in order to help users plan out their strategies in the stock market.

The next app called Flipboard – Flipboard Inc. is not considered the app of the year by Apple for nothing, due to its innovative and intelligent integration of updates, information, pictures and video uploads in multiple social networking accounts like Facebook and Twitter in just one simple interface.

For the next app, just when iPad users think that an application like Google Earth – Google is only available on the personal computer, they should think again, because it is now available on their iPads. Similarly, iMDb also has its own new app to enable users to view movie ratings, new and old, with the use of their flat devices.

For those in the medical field, a new app called WebMD for iPad – WebMD was created to make their lives easier by making medical and nursing information easily-accessible in their iPads. Aside from a symptom-checker, a drug handbook, and a pill identification tool, the software also has a physician checker in case the user needs to find the nearest medical service available.

When an iPad user wakes up searching for something to read about, then this list of top iPad apps could already serve as his or her breakfast.
