300k iPad 3G Units Sold First Weekend
Although supplies were low it is estimated that 300,000 iPad 3G tablet computers were sold during launch weekend. This total includes preorders as well. Skype Issues With iPad 3G
It appears that AT&T is currently not allowing Skype calls over their wireless 3G cellular network which is rather disappointing news for iPad 3G owners. On a lighter note if you switch to Wi-Fi mode Skype works just fine.
